1. Dentario s.r.o., with its registered office in Ohradní 1440 / 2a, Michle, 140 00 Praha 4, ID 03976203, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 240594, as a personal data controller pursuant to Article 26 of the Regulation, will handle your request for services within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation on the protection of personal data) (formerly referred to as the “Regulation”), the following personal data:

2. Name, surname, e-mail address, and phone must be processed to create a service offer, negotiate this offer, or respond to your query. Such processing is permitted by Article 6 (1) (a). b) Regulation. These personal data will be processed Dentario, s.r.o. during the negotiation of a contract between you and Dentario, s.r.o., for a maximum of one year from your request unless you agree to further processing.

3. Please note that under the Personal Data Protection Act you have the right:

– request an explanation for us regarding the processing of personal data,
– request access to these data with us and update or repair these data,
– requiring us to erase these personal data – this deletion will result in termination of the negotiation of the contract and will only be made if the interests of the administrator do not outweigh your privacy,
